The third iteration of The SpLaVCe Ship, at the ION Houston residency. The SpLaVCe Ship was part of a solo exhibition at the Barry Whistler Gallery, Dallas in September, 2022 and a second installation at the Studios at Crowley Theater for the 2023 Marfa Invitational. This version for the ION residency incorporates new elements such as laser etched canvases and bamboo rods that form fish traps/star catchers to power the ship.
